due to another sponsorship, the total money raised for the mdspca has now come to $342! wow! and here i was being happy enough to reach $100 this year. thanks again!

well, one more kitty post after this one. it’s been a blast. my biggest thanks would definitely have to go out to david for keeping me entertained during this whole ordeal. i barely had enough time to check anyone else’s blogs but always kept in tune with david’s. thanks for the laughs, the texts, etc!

aussie and baby! aussie is another kitty sent to me by ramsey. he is another family cat that came to live with them when ramsey’s little brother’s friend’s family couldn’t keep him anymore. he’s about six or seven years old. looks like grey kitties are a big thing. i personally love cats with a solid colored coat and all-white bellies. white bellies are precious!

i was really queasy earlier so i decided to take a quick breather. that turned into an hour long ordeal that involved accidentally falling asleep in bed (oh no!) so i’ve just now played catch-up and i should be okay. sorry about that, guys! thanks for the text, david.

it’s so bright out now! i can literally see the light.

another cat sent to me by ben on behalf of his sister. i asked earlier (in cup’s post) if anyone could guess the name of this cat. like cup, he also has a three-letter name and is named after a physical, non-animate object. give up? it’s net (just pretend you didn’t see the title of this post). cup and net. very unique! i think i like net a bit more than cup because cup is hard to say really cute-ly for a kitty. but net is like, net! net, net, net! it’s easier to say. cup is weird. cup cup would be fun, though. i like net net, too. okay.

we have a lot of spices. thing is, they’re all in different sized bottles. i gotta figure out a way to store them vertically in a really small vertical space–maybe a foot or less. some sort of custom tiered shelving or racks we can build? i don’t know.

i wonder how long i’ll sleep in tomorrow. in the past i’ve rarely ever slept in too long. i usually get up groggy in the afternoon and then fall asleep again on a regular schedule that night. hopefully that will happen since i have work on monday.
